We are located on the Great Wicomico River, which is centrally located between Annapolis, Maryland and the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay, thus making it convenient for many boaters along the bay and the surrounding rivers.

By water we are just south of Smith Point Light at the mouth of the Potomac River.  By land we are less than 2 hours from Richmond or Norfolk and about 3 hours from Annapolis and DC.
