This 44 ft Ocean is priced to sell.  Great fixer upper.  Upgrades that have been made include new electronics in 2021, extensive engine work in 2024 which includes new Transmission Coolers, impellers, throttle cables, and engine zincs.  Salon is nice looking and comfortable.

There is a list of work that needs to be done though.  Top of the list is Soda blasting the bottom, making repairs and barrier coat and paint, there is also a fresh water leak on the port side that is coming from the joint between the deck and the hull.  This area needs attention on both sides.

Boat is currently at Tiffany Yachts and on the list for a bottom job.  Boat has been priced with needed work in mind.

Powered by Twin Detriot Diesel 671 Engines, 485 hp each, low original hours at 1459.
